As with all of my LPDstudios handbags, I hand make all components using genuine leather, but what sets this piece apart is the amazing brindle fur I found. As soon as I saw it, I knew exactly what I wanted to make. The raw material was overdyed in a saturated plum color, while the brindle fur remains black, creating a beautiful final product.

It's all about the details! I added handmade tassels that are finished by wrapping the tops in a contrast waxed cord that coordinate back to the overall contrast stitching. And for a nod back to the wild nature of the fur, I chose a stag horn closure.
